These Terms of Service govern your use of teramovingservices.com and the text messaging program operated by Tera Moving (“Tera Moving,” “we,” “us”). By using this website or opting in to text messages, you agree to these terms. Moving services themselves are provided under your written estimate and our Terms and Conditions.
SMS/TEXT MESSAGING PROGRAM
Program description. If you check the optional text message consent box on one of our forms, or otherwise agree to receive texts, Tera Moving will send you service-related text messages about your quote request, scheduling, and service updates for your move. We do not send promotional or marketing text messages. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of requesting a quote or purchasing our services.
Opting out. You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive text messages from us. To join again, opt in the same way you did the first time.
Help. Reply HELP to any message for assistance, or contact us at 832-390-4839 or support@teramovingservices.com.
Message frequency and rates. Message frequency varies based on your requested services. Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Contact your wireless provider with questions about your text or data plan.
Carrier liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
