Sizes span from under 2,000 square feet to over 8,500, so a two-bedroom move and an estate move look very different. We confirm the inventory on a walkthrough and send the right number of movers for the job.
Gated Carlton Woods needs access coordination before the truck rolls. Elsewhere, streets wind past wooded lots and parks such as Terramont and Artist Grove, and Township standards ban parking on lawns or open space, so we plan where the truck will sit on the driveway or street. If a narrow cul-de-sac or a shared drive affects loading, we sort that out during the plan step, not on the morning of the move.
After the move, Township rules shape cleanup. Carts go to the curb no earlier than the day before collection and must be back out of public view by the end of collection day. Sterling Ridge's monthly cardboard pickup is on select Mondays and must be scheduled ahead. Extra bags need a paid pink tag, and furniture left behind needs a scheduled bulky pickup. With the village center Kroger closed, tags are sold at other Kroger service counters, Township Town Hall and The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park.
